ABOUT
Founded in 2014, Rights Exposure is a non-profit consultancy that helps civil society organisations around the world use communications to drive social change.
We believe that communications can do more than raise awareness — they can shift narratives, influence attitudes, and inspire action. By applying design thinking, behavioural science, and participatory research, we help organisations connect with their audiences in ways that create real and lasting impact.
Our approach is collaborative and grounded in participation. We work closely with teams to uncover practical solutions tailored to their goals, context, and capacity. Much of our experience comes from partnering directly with rights holders, frontline activists, and local organizations—ensuring every project is relevant, inclusive, and rooted in lived experience.
Our executive directors bring decades of experience working with international NGOs, UN agencies, and leading media outlets including Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the ILO, The New York Times, and TIME magazine. They lead a network of associates—writers, designers, filmmakers, and translators—brought together to meet the specific needs of each project.
